Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all lessons and services sold on mrosh.org by MROSH Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Payments are made by card through Stripe, and every refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Free trial lesson

The free trial lesson costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.

Kids lessons — monthly subscription

• Kids plans renew automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. We email a reminder a few days before each charge, with the amount and date.
• You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee, by emailing mail@mrosh.org or by using our subscription management page (enter the email you paid with).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Lessons continue until the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• Unused lessons in that final month are refunded or carried over to a later date, as you prefer.
• If we cannot schedule a paid lesson within the month, it is carried over to the next month or refunded, as you prefer.
• If you are not happy after your first paid month, unused lessons from that month are fully refunded within 14 days of the charge.

Single lessons and rescheduling

• You can reschedule or cancel a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice by email. A cancelled single lesson is refunded or kept as credit, as you prefer.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the learner does not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson counts as delivered and is not refunded.
• Unused single lessons are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Prepaid packages and the online intensive

• Within 14 days of purchase: unused lessons are fully refunded. Lessons already delivered are charged at the single-lesson price ($25 per 60-minute lesson), and the rest of what you paid is refunded.
• Example: you buy the 10-lesson pack for $225 and take 3 lessons. We keep 3 × $25 = $75 and refund $150.
• Example: you buy the 4-week intensive for $300 (12 lessons) and take 3 lessons. We keep $75 and refund $225.
• After 14 days: unused lessons stay valid for 6 months from purchase. If you can no longer take them for a serious reason (for example illness or a move), email us — we will look at a fair partial refund for the unused lessons.

Consulting

• A 60-minute consulting session ($100) that has not taken place is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, or can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
• For “price on request” services we send a written quote by email before you pay. The quote states what is refundable once work has started.

If we cancel

If we cancel a lesson or session and cannot offer a new time that suits you, you receive a full refund for it, regardless of the 14-day period.

What is not refunded

• Lessons and consulting sessions that have already been delivered.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (counted as delivered).

How to cancel or request a refund

Email mail@mrosh.org with your name, the email used for payment, the date of purchase and the service. You don’t need to give a reason. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually fix it the same day.

Processing time

We reply to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
